Terms and Conditions:

• Valid for 12 months from date of issue.
• eVouchers are codes that are redeemable online only, not redeemable in-store.
• Not redeemable for cash, vouchers will not be replaced if damaged, lost or stolen. No change will be given.
• This is a single use voucher any amount not used will be unredeemable in future.
• Only one eVoucher can be redeemed per transaction.
• Not valid with any other discount code.

To redeem an Augustine New Zealand gift card (e-voucher or physical), you can use it either online or in one of their four flagship stores. Simply proceed to checkout and enter the voucher details or provide the voucher to the cashier.

Online:

• Select the items you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout.
• Look for an option to "Use Gift Card/eVoucher" during the payment stage.
• Enter the voucher details (number and PIN) as prompted.

In-Store:

• Take the voucher (physical or printed e-voucher) to one of Augustine's four flagship stores.
• Provide the voucher to the cashier.
• The cashier will scan or enter the voucher details to deduct the purchase amount from the voucher balance.
