You won't get Cashback on:

  • Items added before click from ShopBack
  • Cell Phones, Tablets & Laptops
  • Items purchased using One Click Pay
  • Purchases made for resale or wholesale.
  • Any Gift Card or Voucher redemption
  • Other loyalty programmes unless otherwise stated
  • Purchases made with Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on our platform
  • Fees · Taxes · Shipping and delivery · Credit card charges

Any amounts you pay using Gift Card, Voucher, Promo or store credits will not qualify for Cashback. The balance you pay using card or cash will still be eligible. If the balance is $0, you'll not earn Cashback on the purchase.

Any rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.

  • For partial returns or exchanges, we'll prorate the Cashback as an adjustment.
  • Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.

Temu terms and conditions

  • Purchase must be done in New Zealand for the order to be eligible for Cashback.
  • Any cancellation of an item—whether partial or full—will result in the entire order being ineligible for Cashback. 
  • Cashback is calculated based on the final amount paid, including any price adjustments made via Temu's Price Adjustment feature.
  • New App Customer refers to Temu user who downloads and registers with Temu for the first time on the Temu application.
  • New Web Customer refers to a Temu Web user who registers with Temu for the first time on the Temu website and has never place an order on the Temu website.
