Top up over the phone
Using a voucher
- Call *333 from your mobile.
- Select 2 for top up.
- Enter your mobile number.
- Select 1 to top up by voucher number.
- Enter your voucher number.
Top up using the Spark app
You’ll need the latest version of the Spark app.
Sign in with your Spark ID (the same email address and password you use for MySpark online) or register if don’t have one. If you need some help, see Set up and use the Spark app
Top up your Prepaid mobile
- Choose MySpark from the menu button and select the Billing or Usage tabs.
- On the mobile you want to top up, select Top up.
- Choose an amount between $10 and $100.
- If you’re using a voucher, select Use a voucher.
- Otherwise select a saved card or choose a payment method.
- Confirm your top up.
